You will be responsible for all aspects of the smooth operation of the SkiPlan ClubHotel.
* Staff management and training
* Quality control
* Financial budgeting and reporting
* Accurate and efficient completion of Company paperwork and accounting
* High level of customer contact
* Maintaining hygiene, health and safety standards
* Ensuring the restaurant and bar service is smooth, efficient and co-ordinated
* Ensuring that there is a welcoming and friendly atmosphere within the hotel.

Job Requirements : You must have relevant experience in the hospitality industry as well as a mature and positive approach. Good knowledge of French an advantage.
