This ski job involves working as part of a team, to provide good restaurant service, cleaning and housekeeping, reporting to the Hotel, Assistant or Duty Manager. Shifts are on a rota basis but flexibility is essential, especially on change over day.

Your daily duties will include:

* Daily cleaning of hotel bedrooms and public areas.
* Changing of linen and preparing dirty linen to be sent to the laundry.
* Daily cleaning and preparation of the dining room.
* Service of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Job Start : December onwards Job Duration : April Job Requirements : * Previous experience in restaurants or hotels is preferable * Lively character * Commitment (your work wont suffer because you have a hangover!) * Dedication (as above, if you don?t work as you should, everyone has a nightmare) * Patience (you?re there for the season but clients only come out for one week at a time so you may be asked the same question over again) * Fun (you are the ?face of Equity?, you set the tone in our hotels, chalets & resorts, and clients don?t want to see boring staff!) * Flexible (you will work with us to ensure our clients get the best out of everything) * Hard working (we have a work hard play hard motto!) * Enthusiasm (you are full of beans but know how to pace yourself) If you meet the above requirements our recruitment manager would like to hear from you as soon as possible.
