You will report to the Hotel Manager and your main role will be to assist them in the day to day running of the hotel although this is a ?hands on? role and you will be expected to work with your team, in all areas. It is an ideal role for those wanting more responsibility from a seasonal posistion.

You will be responsible for:

* Working as Duty Manager on a shift basis.
* Ensuring the restaurant service runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Overseeing the cleaning of bedrooms and public areas.
* Helping the manager with administration ie staff rotas
* Managing cleaning and laundry budgets.
* Maintaining a high level of client contact.
* Dealing with suppliers and tradesmen under the supervision if the Hotel Manager.

Job Start : December onwards
Job Duration : April
Job Requirements : Previous hotel experience required.
