Ski Power are a professional, expanding Ski holiday company offering quality catered ski holidays in a selection of magnificently appointed Chalets & Hotels in the 3 Valleys & Val D'Isere - France. Probably two of the most desired ski resorts to work in.

Ski Power have expanded their Portfolio for next Ski Season and have properties in Val D'Isere, Courchevel 1300, 1550 and La Tania and with that we are looking for a high calibre of staff to join the Ski Power team. We have a high number of returning staff so there is an experienced management team in place as well as on the ground which is always a big positive for the organisation and training for new recruits!

Each year we recruit people to join our resort teams on a seasonal basis.

Most positions start in December through to Mid April. You must be prepared to work hard, have bags of enthusiasm and self motivation and the ability to contribute positively to a team environment.

Quality is paramount to the Ski Power brand and so we are looking for efficient, well presented, polite and sociable characters.

It is essential for your own enjoyment and fulfilment and client service, that everyone works hard and gets stuck into a range of day to day domestic and menial resort tasks. In return you get to work and ski in the one of the most beautiful environments and meet people from all walks of like.

As with most seasonal work within a holiday company, remuneration has a reciprocal nature. The pay represents a typical resort wage, and we endeavour to ensure all members of our resort team get as much from their time in the Alps as we get from their hard work.

On top of a weekly resort wage (varies depending on the position), we provide :

» Your accommodation(room sharing with one other     person is normal),
» Meals - Breakfast & Dinner
» Staff Uniform
» Equipment Hire - skis/board & boots
» Lift Pass for the season

All members of our resort team get one day off per week.

A bond will be requested on acceptance of a position - refundable at the end of the season.

We dedicate the first two weeks of your employment to 'Staff Training'.

Over the years our Management and staff team have contributed and continually updated the staff training and each member of staff is issued with a manual prior to coming out to France - so that they can read up and familiarise themselves with Ski Power. Lots of the training is done in the Chalets/Hotels in which you will be working and so everyone can get familiar with their working environment and local fact finding...in readiness for the first arrival of guests.

Ski Power have some very experienced Managers and with their knowlede and experience there is normally always someone to ask! although we do require our staff to be self motivated and organised and to think on their feet..
