Are you either a qualified chef or someone who has got plenty of catering experience, ideas and enthusiasm, and would like to combine using and improving these skills with spending a winter in one of Europe?s top ski resorts?
Based in our larger chalet hotel properties and catering for 40-75 people; Your main responsibilities will include managing kitchen operations and staff to ensure all dietary requirements are met for breakfast, afternoon tea, high tea for children and 3-course evening meals. In addition to catering, duties include: organising work rotas for kitchen staff; monitoring budgets; centralising stock-take and food orders; checking and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food standards; liaising with the Chalet Hotel Manager and staff to organise an efficient and professional evening meal service.

Job Requirements : Previous professional experience catering for a minimum of 40 people; proven staff management skills; flexible attitude; budgeting experience; catering and/or food hygiene qualifications an advantage.
