Club ManagerAre you a team player as well as a team leader? We are looking for candidates who can train, motivate and build a fantastic team this winter.
Part of TUI Travel Plc, SkiBound is a tour operator specialising in school and adult group travel. We operate eight SkiBound ClubHotels in various resorts across the French Alps.
The role of Club Manager involves the overall responsibility for one of our properties ensuring that the day to day operation runs efficiently.
As a Club Manager you will have the freedom to do what you do best, develop and inspire a team to deliver a fantastic service by carrying out staff training and implementing rotas, tasks and duties. You'll oversee all areas of the hotel and manage the financial side of things impeccably from controlling operating costs to maximising revenue.
A pro-active outlook is essential for this hands-on role with the ability to assist in all areas of the hotel whilst ensuring positive communication between yourself and your staff. Job Start : November Job Duration : April Job Requirements : You must have: * British/European passport * UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number * Responsible outlook * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Bar & restaurant experience at a Managerial level * Confident and personable * Excellent time management skills
