You will be responsible for all aspects of the smooth operation of the Club Hotel. This is a hands on Management role and is solely about the smooth running of the hotel environment to ensure our clients have the best holiday experience as possible. You must have previously proven supervisory experience, ideally in the hospitality industry. Your duties will involve:
· To actively be involved in all aspects of the hotel operation and take a lead role when required.
· Required to work to a weekly budget and prepare a set of accounts for all areas of the hotel.
· Must conduct appraisals, training and motivation for staff.
· Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, suppliers and head office staff.
· Good knowledge of French is advantageous
· Responsible for all hotel staff at every level to ensure staff are performing to the highest standard in order to maximise customer care.
