Sunsail Clubs currently recruit for Club Vounaki in Greece. Sailing is like the way of life here. Our Kid’s Clubs cater for all ages from 4 months to 17 year olds, and our shorebased activities include Tennis courts, fitness Studio and Mountain Biking.

About the Role

To supervise and drive a small team to provide an effecient restaurant and bar service whilst delivering a high level of customer service, in a professional and friendly manner. To work as part of a team both UK and local and show motivation when required to work individually.

Job Requirements :

• 3yrs previous experience in Food and Beverage delivery. 
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• First Aid certificate
• IBT Level 3 or equivalent
• Understanding of working within budgets
• A good knowledge of menu planning
• Be able to lead a team Ability to deal with customers
• Able to work under pressure
• Be able to use a computer
• Ability to work as a reliable member of the team
• Highly motivated individual
• Good communication skills - oral and written
