A Passion For... Holiday Workshops are our exciting and pioneering new courses that will be running at 14 of our venues this year! The programmes are written by our team of experts and are designed to bring the most out of children and teenagers aged 6-16.

As a Passion For...Creativity Course Leader you will be guiding children in the production of a variety of individual and group art projects, using various media e.g. painting, collage and mosaic. Along with leading the workshop you may also be required to support a small team of quality, enthusiastic staff. You will report to the Site Manager and with guidance take a lead in running the day to day operations of the week long workshops, description of responsibilities as follows:

Ensure you and your team adhere to processes and procedures whilst the children in your care continually have a fun, stimulating and safe time
Utilise your strong art background to bring the topic to life with lots of fun in the process
·         With support and guidance from your Site Manager liaise with parents regarding the needs of children and feedback on any issues which arise
·         Support the Site Manager during sign in/out of children and other adhoc duties as required
·         Continually show respect for your Host site by ensuring cleanliness and safety at all times
Job Start : During Summer Holidays
Job Duration : From 2 weeks to 6 weeks
Job Requirements : ·         Ideally you will be a qualified or trainee Art teacher, although non-teachers with suitable experience will be considered
·          Experience working with children and young people
·         Hold a first aid qualification (Ideally)
·         Excellent creative skills
·         Enthusiastic and organised with excellent communication skills and good use of initiative
·         Flexible, team player willing to take on various tasks as required
