Spend the winter working in a luxury chalet in Switzerland!
Ted Bentley stands for luxury. For the coming season we need to find a dedicated Resort Manager to oversee our chalet operation in Nendaz, Switzerland. Nendaz is a large and busy village, just over the mountain from Verbier, and collectively they share over 400km of pistes in the same Four Valleys ski region.
The Resort Manager is a pivotal role within Ted Bentley's operation. You are the chief point of liaison between the Company and our clients, and between the Company and our other employees. You will be required to liaise with Head Office on matters of finance, petty cash, weekly chalet accounts and so on, as well as staff performance monitoring and discipline. It is vital to stay on top of these types of task during the course of a winter season.
We are offering the right Chalet Hosts a generous remuneration package that will include comfortable accommodation in Nendaz, free ski hire and a full Four Valleys lift pass for the season, plus travel insurance and return travel to Nendaz, a North Face jacket plus other items of staff uniform. A training week will take place prior to the season to ensure you are fully up to speed with the chalet's and the village's workings.

Job Requirements : You will need to be a conscientious administrator, friendly and enthusiastic, experienced at managing your own time efficiently and equally capable of managing a team of resort staff. You will also have relevant experience of having managed a chalet for at least one winter season.
You will also need to be well organised with a head for numbers.
A UK Passport and a full, clean UK driving license are required. Previous experience of driving a minibus is necessary and experience of driving in winter conditions would be useful.
