The Leap is the only company to offer volunteering and intern programmes which contain a unique mix of projects in a mix of locations to challenge both mind and muscle while satisfying itchy feet... perfect!

We offer 6 or 10 week placements in volunteering, summer gaps, horsey gaps and internships across Africa, Asia and South America.

We like to mix it up a little bit - in all our programmes you'll experience different projects, locations and challenges to keep you on your toes!

For example in all our volunteering programmes you'll get stuck into a unique mix of conservation + community + eco-tourism projects dotted all over the country you're heading to. Perfect way to travel the length and breadth of your destination.

Available in business, law, medicine, teaching and care: no jobs at home - we'll find you one abroad!

The Leap is all about all about team work - we find that our leapers have more fun and are more effective when they travel as a group. They rally each other along and tackle the projects head on to complete in the time available. We have 4 different teams departing to country each year: Jan, Apr, July + Sept, for 6 or 10 weeks. We put together the teams and hook you all up via Facebook before hand. All you have to do is apply and book your place! Average team size is 12, mix girls + boys, from all walks of life, ages 18 - 25. So what are you waiting for?
