The world's leading airport retailer is looking for team leaders!

Your job summary will be to guarantee smooth daily business and optimal service to customers. You'll ensure customers' needs are satisfied and achieve defined objectives of turnover and personal performance. You'll ensure an attractive shop environment at all times and availability of merchandise. You'll ensure the right number of staff are on the shop floor according to the scheduling tool and business requirements.

You'll manage profit, drive customer service, manage operations, people and stock.

You will work shifts across the store opening hours of 4am ? 10.30pm including early and late. Shifts are 12 hours, 3 days on and 3 days off. Job Start : As soon as possible Job Duration : Various full time shifts available Job Requirements : Applicants will require previous retail experience of high end fashion or jewellery, as well as sales and merchandising experience. Previous experience of working in a supervisory role is essential.
