The role of Chalet Manager is to provide support for the staff and owners to ensure a smooth running operation.
This is a varied job from collecting and organizing ski passes to driving, inspecting chalets and ensuring budgets and food preparation and presentation is kept to a very high level.
You will also have the responsibility of skiing with our guests. So you need to be personable, friendly, outgoing and focused.
Duties will also include:
- Ensuring that all aspects of the chalets are running to a high standard. That both staff and clients are happy.
- Chalet staff training
- Menu planning, budgets & accounts, shopping, stock control, although this of secondary importance as owners are directly involved with this.

Job Requirements : We will require you to have strong organisational and multi tasking skills, be enthusiastic and have an approachable & friendly manner at all times.
You will also need to be practical and good at problem solving, and have previous experince working in the hospitality sector.
Use/knowledge of Apple computers/systems, the ability to speak French and/or previous resort experience would also be an advantage.
All applicants will also require a UK NI number, full clean driving license and be over the age of 23 (for insurance purposes).
You will also have to have a flexible attitude and have a "all hands on deck" mentality as we are a small company and we all help one another to work to the priority of the guests having a great holiday.
