Resort ManagerWorking with the directors, our Resort Manager is key role in our operation - it is a challenging yet ultimately rewarding role!
We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual to oversee the entire resort operation.
This position is very diverse ? the duties include everything from guest relations to vehicle maintenance checks and from managing 30 staff to delivering exceptional levels of customer service within budget. Above all, the Resort Manager is responsible for ensuring the Venture Ski ?product? is delivered and the brand promise is fulfilled. It is a non-stop role that requires total involvement and pro-activity as well as getting quality time on the slopes. Job Start : December 2008 Job Duration : April 2009 Job Requirements : You must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and self-sufficient, able to work under your own initiative and able to think clearly on your feet. You must be service-oriented and sensitive to the requirements of guests. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
