nucleargraduates is a ground-breaking new graduate scheme run by the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority, Rolls-Royce, Sellafield Ltd and Magnox as well as over 20 other industry stakeholders.

This two year programme consists of three secondments; in government, on-site, in the private sector supply chain or regulatory authority. 50% of graduates will have the opportunity of going on an international secondment.

It’s fully backed with professional support to move you towards professional qualifications with bodies such as the IMECHE, ICE, CIPD, CIM via a structured programme supported by mentors and training. On top of that you spent 10% of your time dedicated to the footprints programme - you will work with local schools, groups and businesses to give something back to the communities in which you’re based.
