| 1)Remember, more is always less - in the supermarket anyway. Bigger-sized jars or packets are invariably cheaper in the long run so buy them. Also, offers like the good old 3 for 2s will save you money - but only splash out on household necessities, Ben n Jerry's ice cream doesn't count! 2)If all you hot chicks out there like expensive beauty products but don't have a Givenchy-style budget, don't despair. Just go to the beauty counter and say your friend recommended a product but you're not sure whether it would suit your skin-type. The assistant should be only too willing to give you a fistful of testers. These can keep you going for months, particularly if you're prepared to try different makes. Don't keep going back to the same shop though, they might suss! 3)Go to your local supermarket 15 minutes before it closes and you'll get some real bargains. Okay, so some of the food might be out-of-date by the next day, but if you shop every day you'll save some money. 4)Wear your pants inside out (after you've worn them the right way round, of course). 5)Donate your 'soiled' laundry to a charity shop. Wait until it's washed, ironed and up for sale then buy it back for 10p. A charitable way to save time and money! If you have any money saving tips then we'd like to hear from you.
