That's an up to date candidate database, rather a cumulative database built up over a few years. We 'clean' our database every 3 months to ensure that you get the very best candidates.
We don't just target the 'Top 10' or 'Redbrick' universities. We have students from all universities covering a wide range of subjects in many geographical areas. This gives you a full range of subjects to choose from and allows for more creativity in terms of targeting candidates with a more diverse degree subjects.
What makes our database the best?
We collect FULL data on our candidates, not just a name and e-mail address.
We not only take details of degree and grade achieved/expected, but also the industry sector that candidates want to go into. After all, just because you've done an engineering degree it doesn't mean you actually want to be an engineer. Or, that you can't be accountant because you have a B.A. History.
Selection
We can select candidates according to both degree subject, desired career path and geographical location, along with previous work experience, UCAS points, A'levels & GCSE's studies and much more.
Candidates can also up date their details without having to re-register, adding more skills and experiences as they are acquired and grades achieved once they have graduated.
We only target students and graduates. We are graduate specific as that's what we do and what we do best! Although, we do have graduates with work experience through placement schemes, vocational work experience and positions held while studying.
