PA Consulting Group is a leading management, systems and technology consulting firm. Employee-owned, award-winning, independent, highly successful, global, and ambitious for further growth - PA is a different kind of consulting firm. We look to hire exceptional people and provide them with opportunities that they will not find elsewhere. We are looking for opinion-formers, people who prize a culture based on respect, collaboration, and new ideas, and who have a passion for delivering solutions to the most complex and challenging issues affecting business and government. PA offers a career in consulting, not just a job; a stake in our firm; and an environment where individuals and ideas matter.
We recruit 50 to 60 graduates each year. We have graduate opportunities across all business areas including Strategy & Industries Government Services, Business Transformation, Systems Integration & Solutions, IT Consulting, Technology and Analytics & Life Sciences.
We also offer a 48-week Industrial Placement providing students with the opportunity to gain first-hand experience of working for a leading consulting firm.
All UK graduates are based in our London or Cambridge offices.
An excellent academic record is essential (minimum 300 UCAS points or equivalent and 2:1 degree), as is the ability to work co-operatively with others and present yourself and your ideas effectively and persuasively. You will also need a high degree of drive and tenacity in order to achieve your goals.
All graduates attend an intensive four-week training programme, which focuses on developing your business, consulting and interpersonal skills, but your training does not end here. A variety of training courses throughout your career will ensure you continually increase your skills and knowledge. You will also learn ‘out in the field’, working with clients under the supervision of more experienced consultants and you will receive ongoing feedback and support from your line manager and mentor, who are responsible for helping you with your career and skill development. Graduates have the opportunity to create a unique and personalised career path, and will be continually encouraged to move forward, learn more and take on bigger challenges.
We offer competitive benefits and salary including: signing-on, joining, annual performance-related bonuses, transport allowance, pension scheme, private healthcare and share ownership.
