Pentland is an international brand management group involved in the sports, outdoor and fashion markets. We own a number of international brands, including: Speedo, Ellesse, and Berghaus. We also holds licences from other brand owners including a world-wide licence for Lacoste and Ted Baker footwear and UK license for Kickers.

We are looking for talented ambitious graduates to join our Global business. The Talent Development Programme offers an unrivalled opportunity to work across a number of business areas to gain a rounded view of brand management on a global scale.

During the 18 month modular programme, you will be given actual work assignments within our businesses which will test and stretch your skills and knowledge. These assignments will be varied to enable you to cover as many areas of the business as possible and are likely to include:

• Product Design and Development
• Supply Chain and Sourcing
• Marketing and Sales
• Shipping and Distribution
• Finance, HR and Legal

You will bring your own personality and skills to your work and we will flex the nature of the assignments to your individual learning needs. You will gain development of key skills and knowledge through work experience, off-the-job training, business mentors and career counselling.

At the end of the Programme, we hope to be able to offer you a permanent role in a management or specialist position tailored to your skills and development potential as well as the needs of the business.

Our Programme is aimed at people of all ages and backgrounds including:

• Individuals who have recently graduated from university, have attained a degree and who may have limited commercial work experience
• Individuals who are currently working for Pentland Brands who may or may not be a graduate
• Individuals who have graduated and have commercial work experience or a second degree or similar equivalent qualification

Fluency in English is essential, a second European or Asian language would be an advantage. Flexibility of location is also important, you could be placed in any of our UK or International offices and travel will be necessary.
