The Role As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a positive learning atmosphere within our school. Your responsibilities will include: Providing cover for absent teachers, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and effectively. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their learning objectives. Supporting students with their academic and personal development. Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and support. Requirements A bachelor's degree in any discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young minds. Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and manage challenging situations effectively.
