Freelance Outdoor Activity Instructors
 
BF Adventure is looking for qualified freelance instructors to work at its busy outdoor centre located near Falmouth in Cornwall. 

Candidates need to be highly motivated, professional and passionate about making a positive difference to young people.

Qualifications required will be at least one or more from the following list:
 
·         BCU L1 coach (minimum)
·         SPA
·         Archery experience or GNAS
 
The following experience is desirable:
 
·         At least one season experience at working at a busy outdoor centre
·         Youth work / disability experience
·         Group management / leadership skills an advantage.
