We’ll start you on a good salary – a minimum of £24,000, and it just gets better from there, with regular reviews as you climb the ladder. We also build in powerful incentives that will make it good sense to stay. This includes a generous holiday allowance of 25 days, up to 5% bonus, a final salary contributory pension scheme, and paid subscription to a relevant professional organisation. We’ll even help you to relocate should you need to.
