Your responsibilities will include co-ordinating rotas, training and development of assistant managers, and holding weekly staff and management meetings. Job Start : December Job Duration : April Job Requirements : Applicants should have good knowledge of the hotel industry, as well a minimum of 2 years experience in a hotel management. Hotel management or catering qualifications would be beneficial.
