As a Hospitality Manager you will:

* Possess a great customer service focus and will be committed to delivering excellence in hospitality worldwide with a fast paced dynamic team
* Enjoy working in a fast paced dynamic team environment
* manage and be accountable for all Managers and Supervisors in areas of responsibility
* have good attention to detail, ensuring areas are set up correctly and look attractive, and high levels of cleanliness are maintained both back and front of house
* ensure accurate records are kept and the necessary documentation completed and filed in accordance with Company procedure
* have a good understanding of Company regulations relating to Health and Safety, Fire, Food Hygiene and Trading Standards, and ensure these are adhered to by team members
* demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and have the ability to deliver all necessary briefings to your team Job Start : Immediate Job Duration : Various Event Days Job Requirements : Although training is mandatory to comply with Company Health and Safety Legislation, experience in managing a large team and working in a pressurised environment is essential.
