Earn up to £6.40 per hour working at Priestfields, home to Gillingham Football Club.

Priestfields boasts 20 hospitality boxes, a 500 seat function room, business suites and a social club.

We are currently recruiting for Retail Service Supervisors.

You will be required to:

* handle complaints effectively and deal with difficult clients
* assess staff competency and carry out on the job training and briefing where necessary and relay and record results to Staff Manager
* complete signing in sheet, correctly marking wage card times, breaking etc. Ensure that staff are dressed properly in correct uniform
* respond to and resolve any customer or staff issues that may arise. Job Start : Immediate Job Duration : Various match days throughout the year Job Requirements : Previous supervising/management experience is required. Applicants must live within daily travelling distance of Gillingham and be UK/EU residents or non-residents with a valid UK work permit.
