Formed in 2001, HBOS is a result of the merger between Halifax and Bank of Scotland. We're the UK's largest mortgage lender and the largest provider of liquid savings products.

What we are looking for

We're looking for people that are passionate about their work, driven and ready to take on genuine responsibility. With plans for continuing progress, you can rest assured that you'll develop just as quickly as we do.

What you need

Minimum requirements vary for each scheme, please check the website for details. We'll ask you to complete an application process that includes an online application form together with a competency-based assessment, online tests and telephone interview. Finally, you'll attend one of our assessment centres. In all, the application process won't take long and will give us a picture of the strengths you'll bring to our business.
