Future Leaders
The Future Leader schemes are designed to build on your commercial awareness and to develop your already impressive people-skills. The graduates on all these programmes really do become the leaders of our future.

Within each of these schemes, you'll have a great support network. This will include a buddy (one of our former graduates who'll help you settle in), a manager who'll be around for the duration of the scheme to help with your career and placement choices, and a placement manager, who'll manage you on a day-to-day basis. Minimum requirements vary for each scheme. We'll ask you to complete an application process that includes an online application form together with a competency-based assessment, online tests and telephone interview. Finally, you'll attend one of our assessment centres. In all, the application process won't take long and will give us a picture of the strengths you'll bring to our business.
