Kingswood are specialist providers of residential Adventure, Field Studies and ICT courses to children and teenagers across the UK. Kingswood employs over 300 instructors a year and operates 12 centres, 3 of which are coastal locations. There's something for everyone - whether you like the rural life, by the sea or near busy towns! We even have a Centre in France so our fully trained instructors have an exciting opportunity to venture further a field.

Instructors are provided with full board accommodation free of charge and a training salary throughout their first year. All first year instructors will be enrolled onto our Foundation Modern Apprenticeship training programme, gaining National Governing Body qualifications, which will ensure that you are provided with all of the skills and background knowledge needed to become one of our best instructors.
