The Role
Working within RM's Head Office Finance Division this role provides the opportunity to gain experience of and progress through the full range of roles including finance reporting, management reporting, commercial support and bid activity.

Responsibilities
• Support the business as required, gaining an excellent understanding of management and cost accounting across varied business divisions and multiple P & Ls.
• Build effective and supportive relationships with senior managers across the business.
• Study for and achieve chosen professional qualification.

Training & Development
We offer training which will be structured to allow you to study for a recognised professional CIMA or ACCA qualification. We also offer an excellent range of courses designed to improve general and personal skills such as presentation or leadership ability.

Future Progression
There is significant scope for progression to become a Finance Manager with full responsibility for providing comprehensive financial support to a business area.

Qualifications & Experience
A minimum of a 2:1 degree plus 260 UCAS tariff points or equivalent.

You will also have:
• The ability to take early responsibility and communicate effectively with Senior Managers
• The ability to work effectively within a team
• A flexible approach to changes in workload and time scales
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• The ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment
