The Role

The RM Services Product Management team is responsible for ensuring that the Company continues to offer a range of innovative, competitively priced support and service products to our customers.


Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a number of services within the product portfolio
• Research current and future customer needs, and create, justify and implement product introduction and launch plans to meet these needs
• Take responsibility for the long-term product revenue and margin plan
• Devise marketing and communication strategies and materials to promote and support your product portfolio

Future Progression

As your experience grows you will take on more product responsibility and a wider portfolio. This may lead to taking on a hardware or software portfolio, and in the longer term the management of a group of Product Managers.


Qualifications and Experience

A 2:1 or first class honours degree in a marketing, business or computer related degree.

260 UCAS tariff points or equivalent.

In addition you will have:

• Excellent communication (both written and verbal)

• A genuine interest in the needs of our customers
• Excellent planning organising skills
• Tenacity
• A results driven approach

Preferred experience will include:

• Relevant work experience in a marketing/product management environment
