We are currently looking for Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping teams in our Central London and Heathrow Hotels.
The main responsibilities of a Room Attendant are:
* To provide a clean, safe and correctly presented bedrooms, corridors and linen cupboards
* Working closely with their housekeeper, and other colleagues, proving a fast, easy & accurate service for our customers
* Wear correct uniform, name badge and maintain appearance as per company standards
* Demonstrates excellent time keeping and completes duties assigned
* Maintain a good record of attendance
* Be willing to carry out additional duties when required
* Work with housekeeper to record contract cleaning, linen changes etc.
* To meet training standards set out by housekeeping department
* Ensure guests' belongings are looked after
* Make your housekeeper aware of anything you see that requires attention
* Look after all equipment & facilities
* Keep your housekeeper informed of the status of rooms in your section
* Act in a responsible way to ensure the security of guests' belongings, return and logging of all lost property
* Be aware of Health and Safety Regulations
Candidates must have a suitable level of english to speak with guests and colleagues.

Job Requirements : To be consistently honest, considerate mature and helpful to our guests and colleagues (a pleasant person to work with). Demonstrate ability to proactively prioritize needs, put first things first, and effectively manage resources and time. Demonstrate understanding of the technical service skills for assigned area (i.e. Maintenance, housekeeping, etc.). Be confident in advising guests about the hotel's facilities.
1 year's previous experience in Housekeeping would be highly advantageous.
