Location
We're creating a whole new environment situated on the outskirts of Coventry, eventually housing around 500 talented, like-minded professionals who thrive on passion and open communication where everyone's contribution counts.

What does the scheme involve?
The role of the Merchandiser is to manage the flow of goods from the UK supply base into the warehouses and stores, enabling stores to meet their sales, stock, markdown and availability targets.

The scheme will begin with a four month retail placement, before moving to the Coventry Store Support Centre for a placement within General Merchandise or Clothing. After six months, you will take your learnings and experience back to store where you will spend two months on a retail project with a non-food emphasis, before returning to complete your final rotation in Clothing or General Merchandise.

What are we looking for?
You will have a flair for following through obsessively and delivering results, in addition to 2.1 or above from any degree discipline.
