In this role you will be primarily responsible for providing a varied and wholesome 7 day rotation menu within the constraints of set budgets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Menu planning
* Quality and quantity control
* Stock control and ordering of goods
* Adherence to set budgets
* Hygiene and security measures within the kitchen and restaurant, abiding by local and European regulations

Job Duration : April
Job Requirements : Management skills are important and good catering qualification/experience requires.
