Ski Chamois- - Head Chef

Ski Chamois are looking for a trained, enthusiastic Head Chef to work in our jumbo chalet, Hotel les Chamois above Morzine in the vast Porte du Soleil. The chalet accommodates 48 people. Service includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and a three-course evening meal.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the smooth running of the kitchen, ordering supplies, keeping within budgets and ensuring that our high standards are maintained. You will be catering for up to 48 clients and meals must be presented to a high standard.
