Southampton FC - - Hospitality Team Leader

We are looking for bright, committed individuals to work at the most exciting venue on the South Coast - Southampton Football Club.

Working on match days and non-match day events your role will be within our Hospitality Suites. You must be confident in dealing with members of the public and other members of staff and you will be responsible for leading a group of five staff in serving customers plated meals. Your team will look after the needs of your clients relating to wine/drinks etc and any special dietary requirements. You will be directing your team, dealing with any "out of the ordinary" occurrences and resolving customer and staff issues quickly and effectively.

You will receive excellent rates of pay, a meal whilst on duty, uniform, and transport home if you work after 11:00pm. Job Start : Immediate Job Duration : Ongoing Job Requirements : You must be able to work well in a busy environment. Experience is not essential as full training will be given. You must have the drive to do the best job possible and enjoy working in a team. All applicants must be aged 18 or over.
