Join the programme and you’ll be a Team Leader from day one. This means immediate responsibility and invaluable, hands-on experience, combined with excellent on and off the job training. You’ll also have the support of senior managers there if and when you need it.
We’ll expect a lot from you, but if you’re up to the challenge you’ll become a Line Manager within six months. Full managerial responsibility will follow, after which there’s no telling how far you could go. The size and scale of our business mean that your options are nearly endless.
So, what kind of person succeeds here? No matter whether you’re a school leaver or just seeking a change of career, you’ll have to be ambitious, confident and ready to really get on with your future. We’ll want you to aim high and embrace the responsibility you’re given. And you’ll need 180 UCAS points (three A-levels grade A-D (or equivalent)) and GCSE Maths and English grade A-C.
