That could be in Customer Operations, where we help people get to grips with everything from their bill and their contract, to a particular feature on their new smartphone. It could be in Campaigns, where we talk to customers planning to upgrade or cancel their contract. Or it might be in Collections, where we find the best way forward for customers who are behind on their payments.
