About Marston's PLC

Marston’s PLC is an independent pub retailing and brewing business operating a vertically integrated business model.

We have been running pubs and brewing beer for over 180 years. We have around 1,560 pubs and restaurants plus 6 breweries brewing some of the UK’s best known brands, Banks (Wolverhampton), Marston’s (Burton), Ringwood (Hampshire), Wychwood (Oxfordshire), Jennings (Cumbria) and Eagle (Bedford). Our newly renovated, award winning Support Centre is based in Wolverhampton and houses our support departments such as IT, Finance and HR.

Our Experience / Expertise:

Marston's Inns and Taverns own and operate around 1,560 pubs situated throughout the UK, comprising a mix of managed houses, franchised, leased and tenanted pubs. We are market leaders in the development of new pub restaurants having built over 100 new outlets within the past 5 years. We've invested around £140m in our new build programme to date and plan to open an additional 20-25 sites each year. We are a truly national operator with pubs located in Scotland right the way down to the Isle of Wight! The sheer size and scale of our business means we have truly something to suit everyone; from high-volume, destination food pubs and thriving community locals through to busy town centre bars and cosy inns.

Marston's Beer Company

Marston's Beer Company are UK’s market leading brewer of premium cask and bottled ales. We have an unrivalled portfolio of popular beer brands, including Pedigree, Hobgoblin and Banks's, and produce over 60 permanent and guest ales from our five excellent regional breweries; these include the Banks's Brewery in Wolverhampton, Marston's Brewery in Burton upon Trent, Jennings Brewery in Cockermouth, Wychwood Brewery in Witney and Ringwood Brewery in Hampshire.

This division also comprises a national distribution network operating from 12 locations across the UK. We supply a variety of different retailers ranging from Marston's own pubs to a vast array of national and international free trade accounts and pubs operated by our competitors such as Punch Taverns, Enterprise Inns and J D Wetherspoons. Our beers are also available to purchase in many shops and supermarkets as well as in our own brewery shops in Wolverhampton and Burton.

Our Vision:
