With that in mind, they've designed a brand new Sales Apprenticeship opportunity to help you achieve your potential.
This strikes the ideal balance between going to university and getting a job. You'll study a fully funded BA (Hons) Business Management degree one day a week at Pearson Business School and work four days a week at Mondelez International in two or three rotations within your function over the course of the three year scheme. All in all, the perfect preparation for an incredible career with a fast-paced, dynamic company whose dream is to create joy.
You'll need to be enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop and have strong interpersonal skills. In return for your work and dedication, you can look forward to a competitive minimum salary of £17,000 per annum, and access to a mouth-watering array of benefits, including 27 days holiday per year, company pension scheme, progression opportunities and special access to their delicious staff shop.

- A levels or predicted grades if in final year of study at ABB or above (or equivalent).
- English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Maths GCSE grade B or above (or equivalent).
- You must be eligible to study in the UK; aged 18 and over or aged 18 at the start of the programme.
- If you are currently studying A levels or completing further education you must be due to complete your qualification(s) this year and have your results by 31 August 2018.
