what our current Trainees had to say about the programme:
Heres what our current Trainees, who joined us in September 2012, had to say about the programme:
With A levels in Maths, Physics and History, the programme was a real alternative to University. I could start a professional career with hands on experience and still study at college. Theres a range of training from day one, with early taster sessions on some of the work our engineers carry out. I didnt quite realise the size of the opportunity when I applied. Im definitely looking for a role within the company when I complete the programme.
With A levels in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths, I saw a great opportunity to take part in a really interesting programme. Ive really enjoyed developing my practical skills and experiencing some of the activities carried out by our craftworkers. Climbing poles in spikes is just one example of how hands-on the training is! I now plan to take every opportunity to develop my current skills and gain new ones. Not to mention progressing my career up through the ranks of the business!
