Leonardo : Graduate Commerical Officer - 2541
A Graduate Commercial Officer is required to join the Commercial Function. The individual will provide assistance to the Commercial team on account management, sales order processing, invoicing, bid preparation and approval, customer contract review meetings, agreements processing, system and processadherence and general Commercial administration. The individual will have a basic understanding/awareness on contract law.
The individual will help Commercial and Contract Managers deliver their account management responsibilities and will support commercial teams in bid activity. They will help with Sales Order Processing activities and help administer and maintain Commercial Agreements databases. They will also help process standard form agreements and ensure the accuracy of our agreements databases.
All our roles require predicted minimum of an upper second class honours degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Law, Finance, Economics and Mathematics.
You must be able to satisfy the necessary security clearance for the role applied for and meet a minimum of 5 years permanent residency in the UK.
- A clean driving licence is desirable as the Graduate will be working across UK Leonardo main sites
- Must be able to manage own time and work load as the Graduate will occasionally work unsupervised
- Ability to work in a well in a team
- Ability to communicate / influence effectively
