“Rathbone Training is a British youth charity that transforms the lives of young people through learning. With centres in England, Scotland, and Wales, we reach over 10,000 people each year.
We provide programs to improve Maths and English whilst gaining qualifications and valuable work experience. We also offer apprenticeships in a range of employment sectors and run specialist provision for young people aged 14+ who are partially or fully excluded from school.
Rathbone Training is a holder of the Bronze Fair Train National Quality Standard for work experience and the Matrix Standard for Information, Advice and Guidance.”
We offer the following programmes;
Apprenticeships at levels 2 and 3.
Apprenticeships are for anyone aged 16 or over who does not already hold a qualification at level 4 or higher. An apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to earn while you learn and can be the beginning of a lifelong career. Apprenticeships normally last between 12 and 24 months, depending on the level, so commitment is important.
Pre apprenticeship programmes
Our pre apprenticeship programmes are designed to help young people who are unemployed get ready for an apprenticeship or job.
