TheBigChoice is seeking a recent Graduate (or Undergraduate) looking to obtain some marketing & business development experience within our rapidly growing Marketing department. Your role will be vital in helping our company build upon and update our network of employers that educate young people about career opportunities.

You will be required to work in our lively Head Office in London (that has a great view of Tower Bridge!) between two-five days per week. The role will be easy to manage on top of studying or a second part-time job, based upon your availability.

Who we're looking for

This is an ideal role for an individual with strong organisational and communication skills. If you're passionate about detail and creating new opportunities, then this job will suit you well.

You will need to be responsible for creating new databases of employers for the Marketing team to communicate with. Therefore, you should be confident at reaching out to new contacts via an email introduction and have a friendly, helpful attitude when dealing with responses. You also need to have basic copy-writing skills to help promote our employers through their job listings and company profiles (a bit like this one!)

Desired skills include the ability to use email (outlook) and the aptitude to tidily put together an Excel spreadsheet as a large part of your role will be creating targeted databases for the team.

Why apply?

TheBigChoice prides itself on offering a fantastic work-life balance to its employees. On top of this, the work we do is highly rewarding - you will be part of a team working toward helping young people to feel better equipped with the information they need to make career decisions.

As you know, we're all about educating young people about career options. So, while this role is administration focused, we're always willing to provide you with experience in other departments of the business if we can.

Before you apply

The role is based in London, with the closest station being London Bridge. You therefore need to live within a commutable distance of this destination as we do not cover transport costs.

We're looking to find someone to fill this vacancy as soon as possible, but more importantly, we're looking for an individual who fits into our team well and understands the importance of our mission:

"To empower young people through education."
