Speech and Language Therapist Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist Location: Tower Hamlets Daily Pay: £120-160 per day Hours of Work: 8:30am - 4pm Start Date: ASAP LTF Recruitment are currently working with a warm and welcoming, OFSTED rated Outstanding School in Tower Hamlets. Our partner school are eagerly seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to take on a lead role in the school. This great opportunity is available to start immediately, working long-term for the remainder of the academic year, and the potential of a permanent contract for the right candidate. Duties & Responsibilities: Supporting children with phonics and speech development Leading individual and small group intervention sessions Liaising with the SENCO and class teacher about the pupil's progress, keeping accurate reports regularly. Supporting the class teacher with managing class behaviour The school are seeking candidates who: Hold a relevant TA qualification or Degree. Have 1 years' experience supporting SEN. Speech and Language experience or training is desirable Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Are able to quickly build relationships with students and staff. Is patient and nurturing with anyone they work with.
