Help manage the internal day-to-day running of campaigns, providing value to the client wherever possible through ensuring quality and accuracy of the agency's work Prompt and accurate response to internal emails if needed but at this stage it is likely work is being checked by your Account Manager Manage arrangement of reporting for weekly client update calls and monthly / quarterly face to face reviews Work with the service delivery and research teams to produce accurate reporting to clients Work with the service delivery team to check and improve the quality of their work Working with and reporting into a account manager Learning how to use multiple business systems Manipulation, analysing and cross-referencing data Data entry and desk research The successful candidate will have the following: Must have excellent and professional telephone manner Strong organisational skills Ability to prioritise workload effectively Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work under pressure Interest in new technology and IT Strong communication skills Keen eye for detail.
