As an Apprentice Receptionist at our Bridgnorth office, your main responsibilities will include: First point of contact for both callers and visitors to the office Assist with ad hoc administration as required Ensure that the reception area is professionally presented at all times Process stationery orders to ensure adequate stock Manage the meeting room calendar and requests Book train tickets and accommodation for the team Ensure meeting rooms are ready for each meeting As an Apprentice Receptionist at our Bridgnorth office , your skills and qualifications will include: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Confidence to speak on the telephone Attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines IT Literate The Benefits: Our clients deserve the best, the same goes for our people.
