Your Role As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting residents at Grosvenor Gardens Nursing Home. Spread across three villas where 94 residents live, we provide a range of services to support the various areas of care that residents require. As such, this is a varied and engaging role where you will have the chance to get to know residents and their specific needs and develop respectful and friendly relationships with them. About You Although no experience is required as full training will be provided, to be considered as a Care Assistant, you will need: - The ability to adapt well to working as a team and independently - Good verbal and written communication - The ability to respect confidentiality, dignity and the privacy of the Residents Any direct care experience would be beneficial to your application. A background in customer service or a people-oriented environment would be equally desirable. This is a full time role working 38.5 hours per week including alternate weekend.
