Internally, your role will include the delivery of the internal communications plan to ensure staff are communicated with effectively, excitement is built around external campaigns and events are delivered to the highest standard. Job Description: Exhibitions and Events Manage the delivery of the client's exhibitions calendar, creating an in-depth plan for each event and working closely with the relevant team members to ensure all events are completed to the highest standard. Plan and execute events held by the client, including online webinars, networking and roundtables. Manage the delivery of the client's awards submissions and coordinate staff attendance at each event. Work closely with the relevant external event management companies to organise attendance and identify marketing opportunities such as sponsorship packages, advertising space, presentation slots and roundtable events. Direct external agencies to deliver events, including the exhibition stand company, printers, creative agency and designers. Support the delivery of content development including exhibition videos, presentations, stand designs and product collateral. Evaluate each event using key metrics, analysing whether objectives were met and identifying recommendations for future attendance. Research industry events to find new opportunities in line with business objectives. Internal Communications Support the delivery of the internal communications plan to create a buzz around external campaigns, promote staff benefits, communicate key business messages and ensure staff are communicated with effectively. Develop staff research to understand the needs and requirements for internal communications, in addition to providing metrics for evaluating activities. Organise staff events, including the company away day, Christmas party and corporate briefings. Work closely with internal teams and management to identify communications needs and collaboratively develop content. Evaluate the impact of internal communications activity and deliver regular reporting for the Content and Communications Manager. Work closely with the Content and Communications Manager to create a new internal communications brand identity and delivery platform. Create training assets and toolkits to support the Management Team to deliver consistent internal communications messaging. Branding Support Provide support to all teams across the business to ensure that their marketing assets are up-to-date and accurate. Become a brand champion for the client, checking items and training staff to use the branding correctly. Produce training documents to support all teams to be brand compliant and use the correct tone of voice Candidate Requirements: To fulfil the role of Events and Internal Communications Coordinator, we would be looking for an experienced applicant with at least 2 years' experience in a events delivery role.
