Summary of the job role- Located near Knightsbridge Tube Station/Zone 1 About Christian Dior: Dior brings something new to every season. The role: As our HR Apprentice, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the highest level of support to the HR team with administration and recruitment. Roles and responsibilities: • Act in a supportive manner at all times to the HR team • Maintain the organization chart - keeping all data accurate and up to date. • Manage and post job roles using UK Job Boards and finding ways to increase the number of applications. • Conduct first round interviews for retail internship/apprenticeship positions and provide detailed feedback and recommendations to HR team and Managers. • Assist with document production including letters, contracts and other HR documentation and filing. • Help supervise the CSR project and coordinate events with our charity partner • Complete day-to-day HR Administration duties. • Ad hoc HR projects. Skills required: • Organised • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload • Work well in a team as well as autonomously Personal qualities: • Ability to take on more responsibility • Attentive to details • Advanced Level in MS Office, particularly Excel. Entry requirements: • Five GCSE grades C - A (or 4-9), including Maths and English • Good knowledge of IT packages e.g Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets etc. Included in qualification: Training on the 18 month Standard Level 3 Business Administrator (BA3) apprenticeship. Most of the above can be completed in a higher-level qualification.
