JOB DESCRIPTION As an Internal Account Administrator, you will enable sales orders and their transactions to be fully recorded and to ensure they are processed in a controlled manner, allowing products to be supplied to the customer correctly and on the due date. KEY RESPONSIBILITES To assist the Internal Sales Executives on generating and responding to leads and queries in a timely manner. Successful generation of warm leads and follow up calls. To present company management with key market information which is relevant and may enable future business opportunities to be developed. To keep up to date with new products and work efficiently and accurately in a team based environment. To act with autonomy - taking responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction. Manage the company's liaison with clients to facilitate a seamless process to ensure a positive client experience. Provide high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Ensure invoices are raised correctly and company KPI's are met Data inputting, verifying and correcting data where necessary Assisting the other members of the Internal Sales team when needed Compliance to company policies and group management systems Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the coordination office Maintaining customer databases - sales prices and addresses ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Computer literate and Microsoft Office experience Enthusiastic and a good team player Ability to work quickly whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.
